A Walk in the Park

Finally the cool air is descending once again on the Northland. We needed to make a stop in our old town of White Bear Lake, so decided to take a walk in the Tamarack Nature Center before it got dark:
The leaves haven't started to change color yet, but it did feel like a nice Fall evening
The deer are prancing around. Saw this little fawn and two younger bucks - each with six points already

It's evenings like this that we miss living on a lake, but being in the city has its upsides, too. Still, there's nothing that compares to the feel of a lake breeze & having an entire forest all to yourself...
